Text Messaging Terms of Use

Canada Rocket Company · Effective: October 5, 2026 · Version française

In short:

These Text Messaging Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between you and 17457693 Canada Inc., operating as Canada Rocket Company (“Canada Rocket Company,” “we,” “us”). By opting in to or using our text message service (the “Service”), you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

Canada Rocket Company employees use Microsoft Teams to send and receive text messages from their business phone numbers. The Service is for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and our employees — for example, replies to your questions, scheduling, and updates about work, orders or projects you have with us. We do not use the Service for marketing, promotional, bulk or automated messages.

2. Opting In

You opt in by completing our text message opt-in form and checking its consent box, or by sending a text message to one of our employees’ business phone numbers. Checking the consent box is optional, and only people who check it receive text messages from us. The first message an employee sends you identifies Canada Rocket Company and tells you how to get help or opt out. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm that you are the subscriber of, or are authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. We may send you an initial message with details about the Service. After that, the number of messages depends on your conversations with our employees.

4. Costs

We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive through the Service. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan with your wireless provider.

5. Opting Out

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. Because the Service is person-to-person, an opt-out applies to the conversation with that employee and their phone number. To stop messages from all of our numbers, email legal@canadarocketcompany.com. After you opt out, you will receive one text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and that no further messages will be sent from that number. Reply START to resume.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email legal@canadarocketcompany.com.

7. Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. The Service is available only for mobile numbers in Canada and the United States.

8. Not for Emergencies

The Service is not an emergency or time-critical communication service.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Text Messaging Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Before a change that materially affects you takes effect, we will take reasonable steps to tell you, and you may opt out at any time at no cost.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

12. Language

These Terms are available in English and in French. Both versions are equally authoritative. The keywords that control the Service (STOP, HELP, START and the others listed above) are recognised in English only.
